TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service, along with any amendments agreed in writing, is the contract you agree to when you are a client of MOVE with Cam.
These terms are a foundation for us to work together safely, ethically and fairly in a professional setting. They ensure that my work is sustainable at the highest quality I can deliver while allowing me to offer you a reasonable amount of flexibility.

Summary
HEALTH AND SAFETY You are responsible for your own health and safety at all times. You will keep me up to date on your health and medical status. You will consult appropriate medical professionals before exercise if necessary.
PAYMENTS Payments are non-refundable, but may always be redeemed for an agreed service of equivalent value. Payments are made by fixed monthly direct debit on the first of the month (or nearest working day). Payments include my scheduled breaks and statutory sick leave if needed.
SCHEDULING Minimum 48 hours notice for booking, rescheduling and cancellation under normal circumstances. Late arrivals over 15 minutes after the start time without notice may be cancelled and counted.
SESSION RECORDINGS/PHOTOS/AUDIO/VIDEO For safety and programme planning, all sessions are recorded using an AI note-taker as well as audio and/or video. All session records are strictly confidential. Session records may not shared or used by anyone for any purpose without explicit prior consent from all parties. You may have access to all your session records, however they remain the property of MOVE with Cam.
TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE. To terminate your contract please supply at least 30 days notice in writing. If necessary we can agree an alternative time-frame, delivery method, or donation of any outstanding sessions. To avoid outstanding sessions, calculate your notice period so that you cancel before the 15th of the month. You’re entitled to make changes to these terms, just talk it over with me. When We’re happy, all changes must be expressly agreed by both parties and confirmed in writing.
Full Terms of Service
1. INTRODUCTION
Commencement of training with Camilla Umar (also referred to as ‘Cam, ‘I’ or ‘me’ and trading as ‘MOVE with Cam’) constitutes acceptance of these terms of service when you become a client (‘Client’ or ‘you’).
2. HEALTH & SAFETY
Your health and safety is of utmost importance. You are responsible for your own health and safety at all times.
You confirm that you have disclosed or will disclose all health information via the MOVE with Cam sign up form. While you are a client you will continue to keep me informed of any changes and updates to your health status. This includes all medical conditions—physical and mental—including, but not limited to, pregnancy, injuries, recovery, rehabilitation, allergies, and medications you are taking.
You have been informed and understand that exercise, including the use of equipment, is a potentially hazardous activity involving the risk of injury.
You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the dangers involved.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained medical advice where necessary, to ensure that you are able to participate in any exercise program.
There may be circumstances where I recommend that you seek clearance from your doctor before participation in an exercise programme and you agree to do so.
3. PAYMENT
Payments are non-refundable. You are entitled to services up to the value of your payment within the payment period or by alternative arrangement with me.
Sessions are paid for in advance by fixed monthly direct debit. Direct debits are processed by GoCardless on or around the 18th of the month and debited from your account on the 1st of the month or nearest working day. Other payments must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the session(s).
If a payment is received less than 48 hours prior to the session(s), it will be cancelled and rescheduled. If a payment is not received, all services will be withheld until payment has been made.
Your payment covers your in-person sessions during the month of payment, regardless of the number of sessions taken or scheduled in that month. Payments include scheduled breaks and statutory sick leave.
Additional resources, materials, sessions or programmes and/or rescheduled sessions are offered to you at my discretion. You are not obliged to use any materials, resources or sessions, including those paid for under the terms of service.
Prices are reviewed annually at minimum, and may be reviewed in order to adjust with inflation. You’ll be given at least 30 days notice in the event of pricing or payment structure changes.
4. SCHEDULING
Annual Schedule & Coaching Blocks: The Annual Coaching Schedule is structured in blocks with breaks distributed through the year. The schedule may be changed at any time, but I will aim to give you 30 days notice in the event of changes. You may view the schedule at movewithcam.co.uk/schedule.
Location & coaching method: Sessions may be attended in-person or Online at the MOVE with Cam studio. Alternative locations and/or teaching methods must be agreed in advance and may incur additional expenses for time, venue hire and transport.
Booking: Sessions should be booked at least 48 hours in advance and, to the best of your ability, taken on regular days and times at the frequency we agreed during sign-up. You may change your preferred times by agreement with me. Sessions must be used within the month they are due or they will be lost. I may offer an extended deadline to use your sessions, which I may notice and confirmation in writing.
Timing: Sessions start at the appointed time and last for one hour, or the duration agreed in writing during sign up. Additional time needed to review or ask questions can be arranged separately with me in person.
Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the appointed time your session may be cancelled and charged in full. In this event I may use the remainder of the time to record a shortened version of your session for you to use.
Cancellations and rescheduling: Rescheduling and/or cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Please inform me as soon as possible of any short term cancellation. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged as if it were attended. In the event of late cancellation I may record the session for you to use.
Should a severe and unforeseeable circumstance (such as illness) occur which prevents completion of the contracted sessions within the agreed time period, we may agree an extended time period to use them. I may alter or remove that extension at any time by notice and confirmation in writing.
5. INITIAL COMMITMENT AND TERMINATION
Initial Commitment Your initial commitment will be for a minimum of eight sessions to be taken weekly excluding holidays/breaks. At the end of your initial commitment, our arrangement can become a rolling contract.
Termination If you wish to terminate the contract, you must give me one month’s notice in writing. In the event of early termination, you will still be obliged to pay all fees due. Your sessions will terminate at the end of the prepaid period. Unused pre-existing payments are non-refundable, I may offer the following as an alternative:
- A new time frame and/or method in which to use your sessions. - Other resources to the equivalent value. - Donate your remaining time to another or lower income client.
I may alter or remove these alternatives at any time by notice and confirmation in writing.
Cancellation I may cancel our contract at any time, provided I give you one month’s notice in writing. If I am unable to provide any remaining services which you have paid for, I will issue a pro-rata refund.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
In order to provide you with coaching services, I need to collect and process your personal data, including data relating to your health. I will not use your data for any purpose other than in connection with the service I provide to you.
Session Records: Audio, Video, Photographic and Notes I keep audio and/or video records of all sessions, annotated by an AI note-taker. These are used solely for:
- Record keeping. - Safety of all participants. - Reviewing and developing your programme.
All records, resources and materials both stored and shared with you are strictly confidential. You are entitled to access your all your records while you are a client at MOVE with Cam.
The contents of all recordings, materials and resources are the property of MOVE with Cam. Any advice, programmes, resources, materials and recordings offered to you are shared privately for your personal use and must not be shared, replicated or offered to anyone else under any circumstances. This would be considered a breach of the terms of service and may result in immediate termination of your contract.
Session recordings, materials, and any other resources that I supply you may not be shared, viewed or used for any purpose without explicit consent of all parties involved.
By signing these terms and conditions, you consent to me processing your personal data as described above.
GENERAL
Changes may be made to these terms by expressed, recorded agreement of both parties. To discuss any part of this contract email me at cam@movewithcam.co.uk.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
You accept and agree to take reasonable responsibility for your physical safety and wellbeing in the context of the provision of coaching services.
You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you could sustain an injury or physical disorder, and you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and using the associated facilities and premises and that you assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.
UK law does not permit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, or strict liability to be limited or excluded.
Other than those liabilities which are not permitted under UK law to be excluded, you expressly agree to release and discharge Camilla Umar and MOVE with Cam from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Camilla Umar and MOVE with Cam.
You acknowledge that you have thoroughly read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability.
