1. Book a chemistry session

Chemistry sessions are a very relaxed chat to see how we get on and if it’s a good fit for both of us. There is no obligation or charge for a chemistry session. We can talk face to face online or in person if you’re local. For everyone’s safety, in-person meets are organised at a mutually convenient public location.

2. One-time admin

If you’re up for it, there ’s a bit of admin to get the ball rolling. I’ll send it to you after the Chemistry session, it’s confidential and I’m there to help you get it done:

Choose a regular day/time based on availability (currently 3 spaces)
Fill the sign-up form (for health and safety)
Read and sign the Terms of Service
Organise Payment
Complete your first eight sessions
If you want to carry on you’ll move to a monthly contract

3. Turn up

Everyone has to commit to their first eight sessions. After that you can move onto a monthly rolling contract and continue to develop a coaching relationship that evolves you and your life.

4. Basics

Once you’re in you’re in, and I always do my best to accommodate what you need. To do that I have some basic guidelines on how I work. You an also see these in more detail in the terms of service, which you automatically agree to when you start coaching with MwC.

All coaching is carried out live with Cam, either online or in person.
Training is in 8-week blocks, with a 1 or 2-week break in between block, during breaks you will receive an (optional) training resource. See the 2026 schedule here.
Monthly fee (£250) paid by Direct Debit on the first of the month or nearest working day.
Payments are non-refundable, but may always be redeemed for an agreed service of equivalent value.
48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy – within reason.
1 month notice of termination.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is cancelled and counted.
