Schedules are subject to change if needed
Training runs in eight week blocks with programming breaks in between. Your monthly training fee includes all breaks.
Many people choose to also take these times as breaks, however I will supply you with (optional) resources should if you wish to continue with your programme during those periods.
In case of changes you will be given notice – where possible.
Block 1: 5 Jan – 27 Feb: 8 Weeks
1 week break: 2-6 march
Block 2: 9 Mar – 1 May: 8 Weeks
1 week break 4 – 8 may
Block 3: 11 May – 3 Jul: 8 Weeks
2 week break – 6-17 July
Block 4: 20 Jul – 11 Sep: 8 Weeks
2 week break: 14 – 26 Sep
Block 5: (Extended) 28 Sep – 19 Dec: 12 Weeks
Christmas Break: 21 Dec – 2 Jan 2027
