I’m not interested in changing you or your life. You’re here because you want to feel better, the only way to do that is with the life and body you have and it’s more than enough.
The right coach is someone you can trust, you get on with and who has the expertise and experience to work with you through the ebbs and flows of your life.
MwC is a space without judgement or expectation. You can just turn up as you are and I’ll create a space in your life that challenges you in ways you’ll enjoy, and brings out the best in you as a whole. The detail of that means different things to different people , but everyone can find:
Freedom of movement
Strength
Mobility
Confidence
And space to rest, breathe, unmask.
If that sounds good and you’re ready to try a different way, then MwC might be right for you.
But it’s not for everyone.
No ‘smart goals’
No measurements
No weigh-ins
No before and after shots
No social media posts
No homework – unless you want it
I don’t make promises about what you can achieve or how long it will take.
I don’t offer weight-loss or aesthetic plans
I don’t ask people to push themselves beyond what’s reasonable in the context of their life.
I won’t bully you, or push you to practice a movement you don’t ultimately enjoy.
I don’t work with clients looking for short-term physical fixes.
I have a limited number of spaces, to work with people directly. For me, the value in my work is in building an awesome coaching relationship.
All coaching is based on fixed terms (non-negotiable):
- One to One
- In the MOVE studio or online
- £250/month
- Initial 8 session commitment
- Followed by a monthly rolling contract
- Consistent weekly time slot
- 48 hour cancellation policy
